500g cured pork, 100g carrots, 50g parsley root, salt, 150g beans, 40g oil, 30g onion, 1 garlic clove, 60g flour, 0,2l cream, paprika spice, parsley.

cooking: boil the cured pork, soak the beans, cook them till tender and add them to the meat broth. make a roux and stir it together with onions garlic, paprika spice and parsley into the soup and continue cooking for 10 minutes. just before serving stir in some cream. instead of bread i made original hungarian grammel pogatscher ( yeast dough pastries with greaves) and kastanienreis (chestnut puree) with cream as a dessert.
