0,5kg parsnip (or parsley roots)
0,5kg onions
0,25kg celery
0,25kg leeks
2oog oat flakes
400g thin noodles
3tbsp curcuma
2 bunches coriander
prepare a chicken stock (with trenched, boneless chickens, peeled and cut vegetables, peppercorn, bay leaf, nutmeg, cardamom, 4 cloves, salt)
(or boil the whole chicken and trench it later)
Heat 4tbsp oil
roast onions, add cubed
chicken meat (1cm) to roast,
finely cut vegetables to roast
add 3tbsp curcuma
pour in the chicken stock
add oatflakes
at the end of cooking time add noodles
bestraw with fresh coriander leaves
