1 chicken
each 1/2kg carrots, pole beans, potatoes and cabbage
1kg tomatoes
2 large onions
half knob of garlic
1tbsp caraway
1tbsp salt
parsley
1/2litre bowl of rice

NOW FOR THE COOKING!!!

1: Cut the meat into rough chunks and boil them for 20 minutes.
add minced onions and garlic and season with salt and caraway.

2: Now add cut potatoes, polebeans, carrots also tomatoes and rice, pour in 2litres of water and simmer for 20 minutes.
season to taste if needed.

3: Bestraw with minced parsley, cover with a lid, allow to steep for 10 minutes and serve!

This soup is often served at the end of parties (birthday parties family feasts...)as a refreshment for the way back. May also soften the effects of hang over.
