5l chicken broth (made from cubes or soup chicken), 1 onion, 2x soup vegetable, 2-3 lemon leaves, 2cm ginger, 4 stalks of mashed lemon grass, 3 red + 1 green chilis, simmer all that for about 1 hour, add 700g shrimps, 250g glass noodles, 1 can of pineapple, some white wine or vinegar, simmer for another 10 minutes, ready!
