quantity due to feeling (all ingredients are organic and / or from the surrounding) take onions and briefly steam them with bio schmalz. these are chopped: carrots (all color variants), potatoes, zucchini. they will be sparged with half a bottle of Gewürztraminer from Burgenland (and some water) and refined with the spices salt, rosemary, garlic, ginger and barley miso. boil for a while. in parallel, chicken fillets are fried briefly in bio schmalz with a spice mixture consisting of shallots, red chili pepper, fenugreek, turmeric (ground), coriander seeds and then the second half of the wine. both ingredients are mixed and then briefly boiled. serve with a black Waldviertel bread and small slices of smoked Waldviertel sausage.
