ingredients:
9 rolls (small white bread)
3 l beef stock
3 egg yolks
nutmeg
chives or parsley, finely chopped
preparation:
cut the small rolls and cook 15 minutes in the beef soup . stir all together fast and put egg yolks among them. finish with a bit of nutmeg. serve with a lot of chives or parsley strewn .
