500g sunchoke, 200g spinach, half an onion, 1 garlic clove, 1tsp nutmeg, 2tsp honey, chilli, rosemary, 1dl white wine, 80g butter, salt, pepper, boletus mushroom broth;
cooking:
saute sunchokes, onion, nutmeg in butter, add honey, pour in the broth, add all the other ingredients, ready!
