ingredients:
1 soup hen, vegetable for preparation of a chickenbroth as usual;
carrots
celery stalks
potatoes
sweet potatoes
salt
cooking:
first you prepare the chickenbroth. Then you cut the vegetables into pieces, add them to the soup and cook until tender. I use the same quantity of each vegetable, except for the celery stalks. because of their strong taste I only take half of them. pass the soup through a food mill, optionally add creme fraiche.
I prefer to let my guests choose from different toppings and serve creme fraiche, chopped parsley, grated parmesan, grated ginger root in separate little bowls.
super simple soup for vegetable fans!
