Next day I visit my good friend Werner, his wife Roswitha and their sons Harald and Markus with their families.
My soup from the day before is being tried and found tasteful.

Roswitha returns the favour with a Farvalan Soup
200g flour, 2 eggs, salt,
as much water as required to get a smooth dough.
Place the dough in a macropore sieve and let it drop into the boiling soup
(almost every clear soup is suitable, here it is 2,5l beef broth), boil for about 4 minutes.
