0,5l purchase-diversified hypo-allergenic pumpkin-quince-ginger soup from the day before
2l water
about 250g lentils (red and yellow, mixed)
2 peeled and diced potatoes
3tbsp coriander
salt, pepper
sliced lemon and chili flakes
Place lentils and potatoes in water and bring it to the boil, simmer for 30 minutes around, add soup and coriander and season with salt and pepper before serving.
Optionally the soup may be refined with lemon and chili flakes.
