ingredients:

beef (approx.300g)
onions (approx.300g)
oil
paprika spice
water (aproxx.2l)
potatoes (approx.300g)
tomato puree
salt
pepper
ground caraway
majoram
garlic
vinegar

cooking:

cut beef and potatoes into approx. 1cm dices. roast onions in oil until golden brown, add meat and paprika spice. Deglaze with vinegar, add tomato puree, pour in water, season with spices and simmer for 40 min.
Now add potatoes and cook until they are tender.
