Put 2tbsp. of butter into a stockpot, let it melt,
cut 2 big leeks into thin rounds & saute
2 carrots & 1 yellow root cut into flowery slices & also saute
add 0,5l previous day soup
add 30g dried boletus mushrooms (soaked in water before)
fill in water until 6 litres
season with 2 bay leaves &
1tbsp. savory & 1tbs. lovage & and simmer for 1/2 hour,
season to taste with a lacing of vinegar & salt & pepper
serve with bread & soured cream
