1kg waxy potatoes
1 big onion
2 bunches of soup vegetable (carrots, celery, leek and parsley root)
250g diced bacon
1 bunch of lovage
1l beef or vegetable broth, 1/2l Jahressuppe
salt, pepper and nutmeg
Roast diced bacon gently, add finely diced potatoes and soup vegetable, pour in the broth and cook until tender, season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg, refine with finely cut fresh lovage.
