ingredients: 2 onions, 40g butter, 11/2tbsp curry, 2 firm bananas, 40g flour, 1,5l meat broth, 2tbsp soured cream, sugar, salt, 1 tbsp chopped sweet almonds, dill
cooking: sweat onions in butter, add bananas, sprinkle with flour and pour in meat broth; bring to a short boil, add soured cream, season with salt and sugar; puree and serve topped with minced dill and almonds.
