ingredients: 500g potatoes, 3 onions, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 30g butter, 1l vegetable broth, 1 baguette, 1/2 bunch chives, 1/2 bunch majoram, 2tbsp soured cream, 80g cream cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg, 4-8tsp soy sauce
cooking: cut potatoes, onions and garlic into cubes and saute them in butter; pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil and continue to simmer on low heat; cut baguette into slices to toast them; slice chives finely and pluck majoram leaves from the stems; puree the soup combined with soured cream, season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and nutmeg and garnish with majoram; slather toasted slices of baguette with cream cheese and bestraw with chives.
