celery stalks, carrots, stem cabbage, potatoes, all is cut into rough chunks.
boiled in salted water with lemon thyme from the balcony and bay leaf until firm to bite.
the vegetable is removed, the day before soup is added and the whole liquid reboiled.
then the soup is seasoned with pepper and chili-lemon mix and refined with a pinch of brown sugar.
Finally the vegetable is put in (otherwise it would have been to soft). half a litre is passed through a sieve into the thermos flask. the rest is eaten up.
