Actually the intention was to cook a chinese soup, but we had no more glass noodles at home. That's why it became some kind of fast housewife cooking minestrone. Sorry, but also the recipe is described in a fast housewife cooking style:
First, onions are roasted in olive oil. Two litres vegetable broth added + art-soup*.
2 zucchini, handful of carrots roughly cut and one can tomatoes(chopped) into the pan.
Seasoned with oregano, thyme, rosmary, bay leaf, basil, chili oil, salt and pepper.
Boiled for 15 minutes. Ready. Served with parmesan and white bread. All kids full and happy.
