2 big fish heads with equally as much meat on it (here 1 salmon, 1 carp) in sum 1,5 kg (remove gills, possibly place the fish in a linen-bag for cooking).
1 boiling hen and some beef-and pork bones for the stock (alternatively stock cube)
1 big onion (diced)
1/4kg carrots (diced)
1/4kg potato (diced)
1/4kg celery (diced)
1 parsley root (diced)
1/2 a yellow carrot (diced)
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
3 different Caucasian spice mixtures, which contain some of the following ingredients:
chili, saffron, galangal, coriander, laurel, juniper,....
salt, red and black pepper corn as you like.
parsley and lots of dill
150g wodka
1 lacing of olive oil

cook boiling hen and bones for the stock and remove. place potato and celery in the sieved stock and put it on low heat to simmer. add onions and after a while the carrots and the spice mixes. when the vegetable is firm to bite, add the fish and bring it to a short boil. now add herbs and minced peppers and soon turn out the heat. now pour in wodka and olive oil (makes the soup clear) and allow to steep for at least 1 hour.
Remove fish and serve extra.
