3 onions, 1 garlic clove, 5 carrots, 1/2 celery knob, celery leaves, 3 apples, chard stalks from the garden (green leaves added at the end of cooking), lots of fresh garden zucchini, 1/2kg peeled tomatoes, all is placed in a big pot with water, brought to simmer and seasoned with lovage, parsley, lemon balm, salt and pepper. 200g soft cheese is added; a mixture of flour and cold water is stirred in to make the soup more creamy.
