Peel onions and garlic, cut them into rough pieces and sweat them in butter, infuse water, season with salt and pepper. Add peeled and sliced potatoes. Puree the soup, when potatoes are done. Also puree the garlic mustard, best together with cream and add it to the soup at the end of cooking.
Note: garlic mustard is slightly similar to nettles and grows in Stilfs, but also in other regions. www.stilfser-bergkraeuter.it
