slice 1 small cabbage finely.
saute 1 minced onion, dredge with paprika powder and
pour in 2l water.
add cured pork, finely cut, season with salt and dill,
bring to simmer for approx. 1,5 hours.
mix 1tbsp flour with 1/8l cream until smooth, stir in and
bring the soup to simmer for another quarter of hour.
season with vinegar to a tartish taste.
serve with soured cream.
