1 small cabbage
100g bacon
1 onion
1tsp.of sugar
3 garlic cloves
2tsp. of paprika spice
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. of butter
1l beef stock
pinch of ground caraway
1/2 small chili
1tsp. of dried majoram
a lacing of vinegar
6 tbsp. of soured cream
salt
pepper

Cut cabbage into strips. Slice onions and garlic finely.
Cut bacon into fine cubes.

Heat butter in a stock pot, add bacon cubes and stir fry. Withit sweat onion and
garlic. Add sugar, cabbage as well as majoram and saute on low heat for a
few minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in paprika spice and promptly pour in beefstock and
vinegar. Reboil, season with salt pepper, caraway, bay leaf, chili and simmer
for 20 minutes around.

Top with soured cream.
