you need 2 small white onions, 5 carrots, 2 parsley roots
and half of a stem cabbage, all finely diced.
roast all the vegetable in oil, infuse 2l water and bring to a boil
for half an hour.
mix 250g minced beef with 2tbsp semolina, season with sweet paprika spice,
majoram, salt and pepper and form small dumplings.
mix 1tbsp flour with cream and stir it into the soup to get a smooth
consistency
put in the dumplings to brew for half an hour on very low heat.
serve topped with 1tbsp soured cream.
