one middle sized hokkaido pumpkin (diced), 1 chopped onion and some garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of Hildegard Soup, half a teaspoon of camomile, all is placed in a steamer filled with 3 litres water and boiled for 10 min (20 min in a usual pan) now the soup is pureed and seasoned with shoyu, may be served with a blob of cream and pumpkin seed oil.
