galerie: the soup at the sunny side of mykonos

1 cup of trachana
8,5 cups of water
2 soup spoons of olive oil (best quality)
salt, pepper

boil gently for about 30 minutes. when it's finished put fresh peppermint and xintiro (special feta cheese from mykonos) to the soup.
