0,75l coconut milk and 0,25l chicken stock, spiced with 4 stalks of
lemon grass, galangal, peppercorns, leaves of kaffir limes and ginger
is to be simmered for 10 minutes, then the whole thing is sieved into
another pot, 300g chicken meat is added and also 100g finely cut mushrooms and some fresh small corn on the cobs (sliced).
The whole thing should be simmered for another 7 minutes. Then lime juice, soy sauce, chopped red chilis(as hot as wanted), chopped young onions added, topped with chopped coriander, soup is ready!
