The recipe is simple and always good tasting.
We took the last kilo of pumpkin cubes out of the freezer (home grown pumpkin)
Braised or rather cooked it with extra vergine olive oil from calabria and
one and a half litre of vegetable broth - pureed and seasoned with salt, pepper, nutmeg, some caraway and some ginger. Thereto 200ml cream and fresh chives with onionbaguette - ready. Was great I think. The idea with the soup is really
funny, first we hasitated, then we loved to be part of it.
