I've cooked a vegetable soup with onions, celery, carrots, quenched with white wine, broccoli added, in combination with the thai soup from the previous cook, it was an interesting thing I'd say, I think, it contained some coconut milk, that's why it's got a whitish look. I seasoned the soup with salt, pepper and vegetable stock, all in all it must have been 2,5 litres, volume of my biggest pot.
