ingredients
3-4 middle-sized leeks
3tbsp. of butter
1,5 tsp.of sea salt
500g potatoes
1,5l water
6tbsp. creme fraiche
3tbsp.of butter
1 bunch of chervil or parsley
pepper straight from the mill
Clean and wash leeks, snip rings
heat butter in a pan, put in leek,add salt and sear glassy
peel potatoes, snip chips and add to leek
fill in water and boil on high temperature for 15min
fold in butter and creme fraiche, enhance with chevril (or parsley)
and season with pepper
season to taste and serve directly

0,5l broth of serbian bean soup
soup has been strained
tastes also delicious unstrained
