2 hokkaido pumkins
2 potatoes
6tbsp of butter
4 sweet carrots
6 onions
4 stock cubes
250ml cream
1tsp ground caraway
a lug of pumpkin seed oil
optionally: salt, pepper, pumpkin seeds
cut pumpkin, potatoes, onions into small pieces - roast the onions slightly -
add potatoes, pumpkin and carrots - pour in 2 litres of water, add stock cubes - allow to simmer for half an hour, puree with a hand blender, season and add cream.
serve with soured cream and pumpkin seeds and oil.
