Roast onions with oil to brown lightly.
saute minced beef seasoned with salt and pepper
add clear vegetable soup
put in sliced hard Vinschger bread and bring to a short boil
add parsley and garlic
mix using a whisk
bring to a short boil again
at the end garnish with chives
we cook 18l of soup
(editors note: Vinschger bread is a special flat bread
from Vinschgau, Südtirol, north Italy, made of rye, spiced with anise)
