100g smoked ham
100g pearl barley
1,75l water
200g cured pork
1 little onion, 1 carrot
1/2 leek
1 potato
1 little celery stalk
salt
Cut smoked ham into small cubes, place it in a big pot and braise lightly. Put in the rinsed pearl barley, infuse water. Add cured pork, simmer slightly for about 2 hours. 20min before end of cooking time add finely cut vegetable and cook until finish. Take out cured pork, cut it into small pieces and remove to the soup. Season with salt.
