Summerly Asian Soup with Prawns and Fish

Onions, spring onions, lemon grass and coriander finely cut is gently roasted
in a soup pot. White fish filet(solid meat) and peeled prawns added and stirred fry. Then add water and Tom Ka-paste, Brush white mushrooms, slice and add to the soup. Boil the soup until the fish is falling apart.
Place chinese noodles in another pot, baste with hot water and serve with
soup. Garnish with coriander.
